These zucchini rolls are great as a colorful appetizer, healthy snack for in between or even as a side dish for barbecue buffet. Tender lightly roasted vegetables go very well with a tangy, flavorful cream cheese filling. Let the rolls cool down a bit before serving, then they taste even better.

  • 200-250 g cream cheese granular
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2-3 zucchini small
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil


  • Place granular cream cheese in a bowl and beat with a hand mixer or grate through a sieve to make it fluffy and fluffy.
  • Peel garlic, squeeze through garlic press and add.
  • Finely chop dill and add as well.
  • Add sour cream, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Wash zucchini, pat dry and cut lengthwise into thin slices.
  • Then season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Lightly fry the zucchini strips for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  • Then place the vegetable strips on paper towels and let cool.
  • One by one, spread the prepared cream cheese filling on the zucchini strips and roll them up into a roll.
  • Let the finished zucchini rolls rest in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
  • Before serving, arrange with lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables and sprinkle with dill.


The thicker you cut the zucchini strips, the longer you need to sauté them until they are soft and easy to roll up.
