Ingredients

  • ¹⁄₂ banana
  • ¹⁄₄ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup, or honey
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¹⁄₄ cup coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a stand mixer.
  2. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Then pour into a saucepan and heat at a low temperature.
  4. Make sure the drink gets warm but does not come to a boil.
  5. Pour the banana smoothie into the glasses and enjoy warm.
