Ingredients

  • 3 cucumbers
  • 450 g natural yogurt
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 bunch dill
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. Grate or finely chop the cucumbers. Pour off the juice.
  2. Mix yogurt with sour cream.
  3. Squeeze garlic cloves, add to yogurt along with cucumbers.
  4. Add finely chopped herbs, olive oil and white wine vinegar and mix well.
  5. Season tzatziki with salt and pepper and serve chilled with salad, as an appetizer with bread or with meat.
