Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2-3 squid, peeled
  • 100-150 g cheese
  • 200 g corn, canned
  • Salt, to taste
  • White pepper, to taste
  • Mayonnaise, to taste

Instructions

  1. Put eggs in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Then remove from water, let cool, peel and cut or grate into small pieces.
  3. Place calamari in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  4. Remove from water, let cool and cut into julienne strips.
  5. Coarsely grate cheese.
  6. Remove corn from can and drain.
  7. Put all ingredients in a bowl.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  9. Season squid salad with mayonnaise before serving.
