The tasty spread made of various vegetables and mushrooms is a great addition to bread, side dishes or main courses. The spread is prepared from baked eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, carrots and onions and fried mushrooms and tastes super delicious on bread.

  • 1 eggplant medium
  • 5-6 to matoes
  • 1 bell bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 kg mushrooms
  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt to taste


  • Peel the eggplant.
  • Cut the eggplant, tomatoes and peppers into large cubes.
  • Cut the carrot and onions into small pieces.
  • Put all the vegetables in a roasting bag.
  • Season with pepper and mix lightly.
  • Tie the bag closed, pierce a few times with a knife and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the vegetables for about 1 hour at 180°C.
  • Cut the mushrooms into medium-sized slices.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until they are golden.
  • Grind the baked vegetables together with the mushrooms in a food processor.
  • Season the spread with salt and leave to cool.
