Bowl

  • 50 g raspberries frozen
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 100 g yogurt
  • Honey to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal

Topping

  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • ½ tsp. chia seeds
  • ½ tsp coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Allow frozen raspberries to thaw slightly.
  • Finely puree raspberries, blueberries, yogurt, banana, oatmeal and honey in a blender.
  • Pour the bowl mixture into a bowl.
  • Top Smoothie Bowl with fresh raspberries, blueberries, shredded coconut and chia seeds.
  • Enjoy the Smoothie Bowl directly.
