Ingredients
  

  • 250 g flour
  • 220 ml milk
  • 180 g low fat curd cheese
  • ½ package baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • ½ package vanilla pudding powder
  • 230 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 apple preferably large
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 80 g flaked almonds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix flour, milk, low-fat curd, baking powder, eggs and 80 g sugar in a bowl.
  • Spread the dough evenly on the bottom of the cake pan.
  • For the pudding: boil 230 ml of milk and stir in pudding powder with 1 tablespoon of sugar.
  • Spread the custard evenly on the dough.
  • Cut the apple into wedges and mix with cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Place the apples on the pudding layer and sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  • Bake the apple pie for 60 minutes at 180 degrees.
