  • 1-2 sprigs dill
  • 3 stalks spring onion
  • ¼ lemon
  • 170 g salmon smoked
  • 110 g butter
  • 120 g sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 10 slices bread rye
  • 50 g caviar red


  • Rinse the dill and spring onions and shake dry.
  • Set aside a few small sprigs of dill for garnish.
  • Finely chop the rest of the dill and spring onions.
  • Brush the lemon thoroughly under hot water and dry.
  • Grate the lemon zest.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  • Cut the salmon into small pieces. Put a third aside.
  • Mix the rest with softened butter, sour cream and chopped herbs.
  • Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice and puree finely.
  • Stir the salmon pieces set aside into the salmon spread.
  • Cut the rye bread slices into small pieces of your choice.
  • Spread with the salmon spread.
  • Spread the red caviar on top.
  • Garnish with grated lemon zest and dill.
