An unusual variation of a Mexican salsa that resembles a salad. Chili, cilantro, onion and lime juice give the salsa a hot and spicy flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g watermelon pulp
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • ½ red onion small
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut watermelon into cubes.
  • Chop the chili peppers finely.
  • Chop the cilantro and finely dice the onion.
  • Put everything in a salad bowl.
  • Season with lime juice and salt and stir well.
  • Leave the melon salsa in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
