This incredibly beautiful and healthy dish gets its name from the magical blue color that spirulina algae gives it. This smoothie bowl makes every morning a beautiful morning and can be topped with berries, seeds, granola and nuts as desired.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 200 g pineapple
  • 240 ml almond milk
  • 2 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 2 tbsp muesli
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon nuts
  • sugar sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • 2 bananasPeel the banana, cut into small pieces and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  • Peel the kiwi and pineapple and cut them into any pieces.
  • In a blender, blend the frozen bananas, kiwi, pineapple, milk and spirulina until smooth. This will take about 2 minutes.
  • Pour the smoothie into bowls.
  • Spread granola, berries and nuts on top.
  • Garnish with sugar sprinkles if desired.
  • Any fruits, berries and nuts can be used in this smoothie bowl.
  • The bowl can be topped as desired.
