The layered salad of meat, fried mushrooms, prunes and vegetables is a great combination. The salad tastes juicy, spicy and is very nutritious.

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 150 g chicken meat
  • 80 g plums
  • 150 g cucumber fresh
  • 80 g Korean carrots
  • 100-150 g mayonnaise
  • Herbs to taste


  • Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with oil for 5 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and let cool.
  • Cut the chicken, plums and cucumber into cubes.
  • Cut the Korean carrots shorter if necessary.
  • Layer the salad
  • Chicken, mushrooms, plums, cucumber and carrots. Spread mayonnaise on all layers except the last.
  • Place the layered salad in the refrigerator for a few hours to infuse.
  • Before serving, garnish the layered salad with chopped herbs.
