Indian mango lassi – smoothie with yogurt, soy milk and turmeric
- 1 mango ripe, in pieces
- 200 g yogurt
- 100 g soy milk
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- Turmeric, to taste
- Mint, to serve
- sugar, optional
- Place mango, yogurt and soy milk in a stand mixer.
- Add squeeze of lemon juice and turmeric to taste.
- Blend according to desired consistency.
- Divide the mango lassi among glasses, serve garnished with mint.
Depending on the ripeness of the mango, the lassi can be additionally sweetened with sugar.
