Ingredients

  • 1 mango ripe, in pieces
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 100 g soy milk
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice
  • Turmeric, to taste
  • Mint, to serve
  • sugar, optional

Instructions

  • Place mango, yogurt and soy milk in a stand mixer.
  • Add squeeze of lemon juice and turmeric to taste.
  • Blend according to desired consistency.
  • Divide the mango lassi among glasses, serve garnished with mint.
