Strawberry Smoothie Bowl not only looks great, it also tastes super light and totally refreshing. The colorful bowl with berries, banana, cottage cheese, goji berries and chia brings a super change for breakfast and is a superfood boost.

  • 50 g strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 40-50 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 ml water
  • 10 g goji berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut flakes


  • Wash the strawberries and blueberries and peel the banana.
  • Cut the banana in half and set one half aside for topping.
  • Use more than half of the strawberries for Smoothie Bowl, set the rest aside for garnish.
  • Blend strawberries, blueberries, cottage cheese, half banana in chunks, water, goji berries and honey in a food processor.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  • Thinly slice the remaining strawberries and banana.
  • Garnish Smoothie Bowl with the fruit, chia seeds, sesame seeds, shredded coconut and oatmeal.
  • If desired, sweeten the Strawberry Smoothie Bowl with honey and enjoy.
