One of the grilled classics are eggplants. Grilled eggplants are first-class side dish for the barbecue. The tasty vegetable from the grill goes well with both meat and fish, but can also be served with tzatziki or lemon yogurt dip.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggplants
  • 1 tsp paprika powder sweet
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the eggplants in half.
  • Cut crosswise into the insides with a knife.
  • Mix paprika powder with salt and oil in a bowl.
  • Brush the insides of the eggplants with the oil mixture.
  • Grill the eggplants on the grill for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve grilled eggplants with tzatziki or lemon yogurt dip.
