An appetizing and hearty mushroom pan made of fried chanterelles with sour cream sauce, which goes great with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 700 g chanterelles
  • 60-80 g butter
  • 200 g sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and clean the mushrooms.
  • Cut the large chanterelles smaller or leave them whole, as desired.
  • In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
  • Fry the chanterelles, stirring occasionally.
  • After 20-25 minutes, add sour cream.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Reduce the heat.
  • Let cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the mushroom pan as a side dish.
