Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 radishes
  • 1-2 stalks spring onion
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • tbsp sour cream
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the radishes into small pieces.
  • Chop the spring onions.
  • Press the garlic through the press.
  • Put everything in a bowl with the cottage cheese and sour cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix with a fork.
  • Serve the radish spread on slices of bread.
