Ingredients

Spinach roll

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g spinach
  • 250 g cream cheese, herb
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • 1 package salmon smoked (200 g)

Mustard-dill sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Dill, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs with the spinach and grated cheese in a bowl.
  2. Spread evenly on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180° C for about 15 minutes, then let cool.
  3. Spread the cooled egg and spinach cake with the herb cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
  4. Then roll the whole thing tightly in aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator.
  5. Cut the baguette into slices.
  6. Also slice the salmon roll and use it to top the baguette pieces or serve with the mustard-dill sauce.
  7. Mix the mustard, vinegar, sugar and oil, add salt and pepper.
  8. Chop the dill and stir into the sauce. Done!
