Ingredients
  

  • 150 g shrimps
  • 50 g feta
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 cucumber
  • salt to taste
  • Chives to taste
  • Dill to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water until soft, cool and peel.
  • Mash the feta with a fork and mix with the cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
  • Using a vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into thin strips.
  • Coat cucumber strips with cheese mixture, form into rolls and secure with toothpicks.
  • Place a shrimp on each roll.
  • Garnish rolls with dill and chives.
