Crumble dough

  • 75 g butter in pieces
  • 75 g sugar brown
  • 150 g flour

Filling

  • 400 g apples
  • 150 g blueberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 75 g sugar
  • 20 g almonds flaked

Instructions
 

Prepare crumble dough

  • Place butter, brown sugar, and flour in mixing bowl and stir to make streusel.
  • Remove streusel dough and set aside.

Prepare filling

  • Core the apples and cut into thin wedges.
  • Place the apples in a baking dish.
  • Spread the blueberries and raspberries on top.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and almond flakes.
  • Bake the crumble cake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Enjoy the crumble cake plain or with vanilla ice cream.
