Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Puff pastry roll
  • 1 jar of cherries small jar
  • 55 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg for coating

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese with sugar and egg.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 equal squares.
  • Drain cherries in a sieve.
  • Spread cream cheese and cherries on one half of the square.
  • Fold the squares into triangles and pinch the ends closed.
  • Place the puff pastries on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Beat an egg and brush the pockets with it.
  • Bake the puff pastry with cherries for about 15 minutes at 200 °C until golden brown.
  • Let the puff pastry cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Notes

The puff pastries can be filled with apples, raspberries or strawberries.
