Ingredients

  • ½ beef tongue, approx. 800 g
  • 2-3 peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 stalks chives
  • 1-2 tbsp. sesame oil, or olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef tongue in a saucepan and cook for 2-3 hours until tender.
  2. Then remove from heat, let cool and cut into strips.
  3. Remove seeds from bell bell pepper and cut into strips as well.
  4. Peel onion and chop into half rings or quarter rings.
  5. Chop the chives.
  6. Put all ingredients in a bowl and season with oil and soy sauce.
  7. Stir salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Serve finished meat salad as an appetizer.
