  • 170 g pasta
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 180 ml whipped cream
  • 60 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chicken stock cube


  • Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
  • Cut chicken breast fillets and zucchini into equal pieces.
  • Season the meat with Italian herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  • Brown the chicken breast fillet, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes and transfer to a plate.
  • Add zucchini to pan and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in cream and broth.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes more until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Return the chicken breast to the pan.
  • Add flour and stir thoroughly.
  • Add pasta and stir again.
  • Season pasta with salt, pepper and lemon juice and serve.
