Ingredients

  • 450 g puff pastry, from the refrigerator
  • 15-20 sausages
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on the baking paper.
  4. Cut into several long strips.
  5. Wrap each sausage tightly in a strip of pastry.
  6. Beat egg in a bowl with a fork.
