Ingredients
  

  • 240 g lasagna sheets
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 170 g butter
  • 65 g flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 950 ml milk
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp nutmeg ground
  • 680 g mushrooms
  • 85 g parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Melt 115 g butter in a saucepan.
  • Add flour and stir constantly over low heat for 1 minute.
  • Add minced garlic.
  • Stir with a whisk, pour in hot or warm milk in a thin stream.
  • Season the béchamel sauce with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Increase the heat slightly and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • Heat about half of the remaining butter and oil in a skillet.
  • Add half of the mushrooms first.
  • Salt the mushrooms and fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  • Transfer the mushrooms to a plate.
  • Fry the other half of the mushrooms in the same way.
  • Pour some sauce into a baking dish.
  • Pour the ingredients into the casserole dish in three layers: Lasagna sheets, béchamel sauce, mushrooms, grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Cover the last layer with parmesan cheese.
  • In an oven preheated to 190 ° C bake the lasagna for 30-40 minutes.
  • Let the mushroom lasagna rest for about 15 minutes before cutting.
