Yeast dough

  • 50 g yeast
  • 150 g milk warm
  • 100 g butter melted
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 450 g flour


  • 3-4 apples
  • 200 g jam to taste


  • 125 g butter soft
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50-100 g almond slivers optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Yeast dough

  • Warm the milk a little.
  • Crumble in the yeast and let it stand for 10 minutes.
  • Sift the flour to loosen it and add it to the yeast.
  • Beat in the eggs, add salt, sugar and melted butter.
  • Knead everything into a smooth yeast dough.
  • Cover the dough with a towel.
  • Leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • Roll out the dough and place it on a baking tray or rectangular baking pan.
  • Cover with a towel and let rise for another 20-30 minutes.


  • Slice the apples and mix them in a bowl with cinnamon.
  • Mix flour, softened butter and sugar to make crumbles.
  • Spread jam on the yeast dough in the baking pan.
  • Spread the apple slices on top.
  • Cover with the crumble dough.
  • Sprinkle the crumble cake with almond slivers, if desired.
  • Bake the apple pie with crumble in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
